Compete in swimming, biking & running events through the Adirondacks. The triathlon starts and ends at the Old Forge Lakefront.

Cycle Adirondacks is an annual bike tour that takes riders through the Adirondack Park.  There will be 3-day, 4-day & full week route options.

Join us at the Moose River as we set 3,000 rubber ducks out to sail. This fun event is sponsored by CAP-21 and will have lots of great prizes provided by various local sponsors.

This 2-mile paddle down the Moose River will begin at Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company - bring your own canoe or kayak or rent one at Mountainman. The pre-registration fee will be $25 and the day-of-event registration fee will be $30. All proceeds will go to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund.
