McCauley Mountain Ski Area nestled in the Central Adirondacks just outside of Old Forge, New York has set a target date of Saturday, December 13th to open for the 2014-2015 winter ski season, conditions permitting. McCauley Mountain is a challenging & unique family mountain offering 21 trails for all levels of skiers and snowboarders as well as numerous groomed Cross Country trails. Annual average snowfall is 281” with snowmaking on 65% of the trails to offer on average 105 days of skiing. McCauley Mountain provides the terrain of a “big mountain ski resort” without long lift lines and high ticket prices. A full pro shop and equipment rentals are located on the premises .
